After attending NYU Dental School, Dr. Horowitz did his residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, NY where he developed his surgical training. From there, he began private practice in Scranton. After several years of performing the entire range of dental procedures, Dr. Sam then began an extensive focus on implantology while practicing in Manhattan and went on to become one of the country’s youngest and most prolific implant surgeons. He was awarded Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. After which came a return to cosmetic & general dentistry; fillings, root canals, extractions, etc. or several years in Manhattan and Rockland County, followed by the creation of his own practice in Suffern, NY in 2003.

After graduating with Honors from Yeshiva University with a BA in English and excelling in NYU college of Dentistry, Dr. Rosenbaum continued his education with a general practice residency under the auspices of New York Medical College. He has covered facial trauma emergencies both at Westchester Medical Center and Phelps Memorial Hospital. He has additionally, worked at the Open Door Family Medical Center’s dental clinics, both in Port Chester and Brewster, where he gave utmost attention and care to each of his patients.

Dr. Rosenbaum has extensive experiences in restorative and cosmetic dentistry and has foci in prosthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, and basic Oral Surgery; he has additional licenses in Invisilign and Nitrous Oxide sedation. Dr. Rosenbaum has presented and published literary research at the Greater New York Dental Meeting on Dental Treatments for Patients with Sleep Apnea.

Cindy graduated magna cum laude from Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport. Cindy's area of expertise is in her extremely gentle but thorough cleanings. Attention is paid to detecting and treating gingivitis and periodontal disease. She has the ability to connect with her patients and instill in them the importance of proper home care.
